In a recent Open Ratings Past Performance Evaluation, performed by Dunn & Bradstreet, Gentis Solutions scored a ranking of 96 out of 100 for overall performance.
Conducted by Dunn & Bradstreet (D&B), the Open Ratings report is an independent audit of a company’s customer references. Commissioned as part of Gentis Solutions’ General Services Administration schedule 70 application, D&B ratings are based in part on customer feedback and are created to assess a company’s predicted performance.
Gentis Solutions, which also operates Interlink Technology Solutions as a government services subsidiary in the State of Florida, scored highest, 97 of 100, in quality and customer support while scoring a 94 in the cost category, its lowest category score.
“It’s always good to get feedback from your clients and it is reassuring to get such positive input from a survey conducted independently,” Daniel R. Moore, Gentis CEO and founder, said. “It’s confirmation that the processes of continuous improvement we have in place are working even as we have grown rapidly the past few years.”
Moore, a Navy Veteran and former CIO, founded Gentis Solutions with his father Daniel S. Moore, who has decades of experience in the staffing industry. Together, they have doubled the revenue of the company in each of its first four years, and have operations in multiple states including, California, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Tennessee and Florida.
