Gentis Solutions recognizes high achievers and graduates first ever GUTS class

(Covington, KY) – Gentis Solutions recognized six of their highest achieving team members and graduated its first ever Gentis University Training Series (GUTS) class on Wednesday, July 14, during its second quarter celebration.

Claire Benson, Randi Brofft, Genny Little and Drew Stone were awarded Apple watches or the accessory of their choice as the sales and recruiting leaders in the second quarter of 2021; and Stone, Ricky Dennis and Emily Shoppe were recognized for their growth since the end of March.

“Since the beginning of April, we have helped 36 people get new jobs, that is huge,” Tom Flessor, Gentis Chief Operating Officer, said. According to Flessor, the company continues its trend of rapid growth, increasing revenue more than $100,000 over the first quarter.

In order to sustain their current pace of growth, Gentis has added 11 staff, including 6 recruiters, this quarter; and hopes to move into its new larger space a floor above their current office in the Towers of Rivercenter by October of 2021.

Associates, Marcus Crabtree, Matt Eldridge, Faith Robinson, Samantha Stambaugh and Adela Wawrzyniak and interns Amber Clark, Kayla Kavanaugh and Sophia Lauer are the members of the first class to complete the company’s new four-week training program.

Designed by Little, GUTS, is a training program that will help accelerate the career path of its participants at Gentis Solutions. Placing a focus on helping graduates learn how to recruit specifically in technical industries, such as Information Technology and Engineering.
