VTA Sheet: Record assignment on your VTA sheet

Use date and time assigned to you for “Date Assigned” field and date and time you completed video conversion and uploaded to YouTube for “Date Completed” field. *

Premiere Pro

Create a new folder with the job number and the candidate’s full name. Example: 321 - Douglas Vandiver *

Within that folder, create a new sequence with the candidate’s first name and job title. Example: Douglas V. – Desktop Support Analyst *

Make certain resolution is formatted to 1280 x 720 (Sequence > Settings) *

Choose the library template needed for the job. You can type the job number in the search function to quickly find the library. *

Record the timestamps for each question either as you add them in Premiere Pro or as the file is exporting (if you use the queue feature). *

Copy entry on your VTA sheet to the “Gentis Videos Completed” sheet *

Upload folder to Gentis Videos and post the link to the folder on the “Gentis Videos Completed” sheet *
