Staying engaged and finding calm in your life is important. Say hello to James Weeks who reminds us of the importance of embracing challenges and fully engaging with the activities we love.

“I can be consumed with something at work and it gives me a lot of the same satisfaction as if I’m doing something else. But it didn’t give me the same peace,” says Weeks.

James is motivated by his constant desire to tackle challenges head-on. He finds purpose in overcoming obstacles and achieving difficult goals. Whether he’s working, playing sports, or pursuing hobbies, James is fully present in the moment and focuses completely on the task at hand, pushing aside worries and distractions.

When James is working, he feels content, but he also knows it’s important to give his mind a rest. Music is one thing that makes Weeks happy, and it’s been a part of his life for as long as he can remember. He started playing music when he was about 12 or 13 years old, and he even formed his first band back then, with one of his current bandmates.

Spending time with his family, especially his son, is another source of joy for Weeks. His son shares his love for music, and together they make music and play golf. They are also into rebuilding cars, a passion Weeks had when he was young.

According to Weeks, finding peace isn’t just about relaxation; it’s about immersing ourselves in the things that bring us joy and fulfillment. James Weeks shows us that by staying connected with our passions, our families, and our sense of competition, we can lead a rich and satisfying life.
